bdf33 Terms & Conditions – Bangladesh Player Agreement
Please read these terms carefully before registering. By creating a bdf33 account you agree to all conditions set out below.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bdf33 website, mobile platform and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). bdf33 is operated for the entertainment of adults in Bangladesh. By creating an account on bdf33, placing a bet, accessing any game, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and bdf33. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform. bdf33 reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
To register an account with bdf33 and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform.
- You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
- You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
- You must not be a bdf33 employee, contractor, agent, or an immediate family member of such a person.
- You must not have previously held a bdf33 account that was closed or suspended for breach of these Terms or any other platform policy.
3. Account Registration
Each player may hold only one account on the bdf33 Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and funds reviewed. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your legal name and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
- You must provide your full legal name, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above.
- bdf33 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any time, including government-issued ID and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in a temporary hold on withdrawals.
- You must not share your account login credentials with any other person. bdf33 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your login details secure.
- You must notify bdf33 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. Contact support via live chat without delay.
bdf33 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or when unusual account activity is detected. Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
bdf33 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:
- The minimum deposit is ৳100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
- You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. bdf33 targets a processing time of 15 to 60 minutes for mobile wallet transactions; card withdrawals may take longer depending on the issuing institution.
- bdf33 may withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification if the verification process has not been completed or if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
- bdf33 reserves the right to reverse a deposit or withdrawal if the transaction is subsequently determined to be fraudulent, erroneous, or in violation of these Terms.
bdf33 does not charge fees for standard deposit and withdrawal transactions. However, your mobile financial service provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction fees. bdf33 is not responsible for any charges applied by third-party payment providers.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
bdf33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the rollover process, or combined with other bonuses unless the promotion explicitly permits this.
- bdf33 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus offer at any time if there is reasonable evidence the bonus is being abused or exploited.
- Seasonal promotions tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh are subject to their own specific terms and availability periods, which will be published on the Platform when the promotion is active.
Acceptance of a bonus constitutes acceptance of its specific terms. Players who do not wish to be bound by wagering requirements should decline bonus offers at the point of deposit. Once a bonus has been credited and play has commenced, the wagering requirements for that bonus cannot be waived.
6. Betting Rules
All bets placed on the bdf33 Platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Specific rules for individual sports markets, casino games and other betting products are available within the relevant game or market on the Platform:
- Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform it is binding and cannot be cancelled or modified by the player unless the Platform offers an explicit cash-out facility for the relevant market.
- bdf33 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the result was known before the bet was placed, or where there is evidence of suspicious betting activity. Stakes will be returned to the player's account in such cases.
- In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a live bet or casino game session, bdf33 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. Bets affected by genuine technical faults may be voided at bdf33's discretion.
- Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are set by bdf33 and may vary by sport, market type and account tier. Current limits are displayed within the relevant market or game interface on the Platform.
Cricket betting at bdf33 — covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and all major ICC events — is subject to the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body. If an official result is not declared within the period specified in the individual market rules, bdf33 may void all bets on that market and return stakes.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdf33 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending and settled bets, forfeiture of account balances and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
- Using automated scripts, bots or any software to place bets, access games or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for ordinary users.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match or event in order to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
- Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes on the Platform to generate profits that would not have been available under normal operating conditions.
- Using the Platform to launder money, process the proceeds of criminal activity or engage in any form of financial fraud including chargebacks initiated in bad faith.
- Registering more than one account on the Platform for any purpose including the exploitation of welcome bonuses or other promotional offers.
bdf33 employs fraud detection systems that monitor Platform activity continuously. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed and all winnings derived from the prohibited conduct will be forfeited.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
bdf33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- The account holder breaches any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
- bdf33 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, court order or other legal obligation.
- The account holder requests voluntary self-exclusion or closure of their account under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
Where an account is closed by bdf33 for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposits, winnings and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at the player's request or for reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or pending wagering requirements.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the bdf33 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software code and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of bdf33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of bdf33. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes infringement and may result in civil or criminal liability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdf33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill. bdf33's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bdf33 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors or harmful components. While bdf33 takes reasonable steps to maintain Platform uptime and security, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond bdf33's reasonable control. bdf33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions.
11. Privacy
bdf33 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, how it is protected and your rights in relation to that data. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy carefully before registering an account.
12. Amendments to These Terms
bdf33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, bdf33 will update the last updated date displayed at the top of this page. Where the change is significant, bdf33 may also notify registered players via the Platform or by message to the registered mobile number.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the Platform and contact bdf33 support via live chat if you wish to close your account.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law and the terms of service applicable in the jurisdiction from which the Platform operates. bdf33 encourages players to resolve any disputes in the first instance by contacting the customer support team via live chat. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Bangladesh.
